The way one’s skin looks gives a great glimpse of one’s overall health. Not only is a clear complexion a sign of health, but it is beautiful too. There are two easy ways to help brighten skin and give a clearer complexion quickly. 

The first way is for one to scrub one’s face a few times a week with sugar and water. This acts as a natural defoliant without using harsh chemicals found in most beauty products. Another way to get instantly bright skin is to drink more water. Dehydrated skin never looks healthy. Try to drink at least eight cups a day and drink more if overly active. These two habits are a fantastic ways to get healthier skin.
